We are looking for our future HR Partner to support the Business Manager in growing our Brussels office.
Your challenge will be to contribute to our hypergrowth by recruiting the best tech talents in the region.
What will your role be?
Source, identify, and attract top talent through job boards and social media
Work closely with the Business Manager team
Evaluate and challenge candidates during phone screenings and in-person or video interviews
Convince and engage them throughout the entire recruitment process up to the contract signing
Follow up with your team of Konsultants (career management, onboarding reviews, regular HR check-ins) and support their involvement in our internal development programs
Ensure HR KPIs are met and internal processes are properly applied
Promote KLANIKs employer brand through school partnerships and other cross-functional initiatives

Profile sought
You have a Masters degree
You have at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
You are bilingual in English (Dutch is a plus)
You are known for your excellent interpersonal skills
You are autonomous and proactive
