Stern Energy Spa, leading service company for utilityscale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with fivesubsidiaries in Europe, more than 200 employees, 2.0 GW undermanagement, is looking for an: Asset Manager Photovoltaic Sector(France Area) to join its dynamic Asset Management team, for theasset management of PV plants in France. Engineering/Economicsgraduates as well as proactive candidates with experience in AssetManagement in the renewable energy sector will be considered forthis position. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the AssetManager is a member of the Stern Energy Asset Management team andis responsible for overseeing renewable photovoltaic (PV) plants inFrance. The role focuses on overviewing economic and technicalaspects of the projects. The candidate will work in dailycoordination with French and English-speaking business partners andcolleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily operations ofSPVs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and projectagreements. - Monitor PV plant performance and coordinate technicalinterventions to ensure optimal production and projectprofitability. - Maintain updated overviews of project contractsand financial agreements. - Oversee invoice and loan paymentprocesses. - Review quarterly/yearly management accounts. - Preparereports and correspondence as required under project or loanagreements. - Prepare monthly reports analyzing plant performanceand investigating deviations from planned values. - Coordinate withfinancial institutions and business partners. - Prepare periodicliquidity forecasts. - Liaise with authorities on matters relatedto plant operations. Essential requirements and skills: - Degree inengineering or Economics. - Experience in asset management withinthe photovoltaic sector. - Excellent knowledge of French andEnglish languages; - Strong expertise in Microsoft Officeapplications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Stronginterpersonal and communication skills. - Teamworking skills. -Willingness to travel for business within France and Europe. Thecontractual terms for the position will be determined based on thecandidates experience, with the goal of a long-term placementwithin the company team. Place of work: Valbonne France
