We are currently seeking an SAP FI Specialist who will report to the Finance Apps Expert as part of our Order to Cash dynamic team in Milan.Your opportunityYou will work in the SAP Center of Expertise team, working closely with our P2P Management, Treasury, Controlling, and reporting teams.How you will contributeAs part of the Kering Technologies Finance team, you will manage project rollouts, including:Covering all project phases, from FIT & GAP analysis to Hypercare, identifying functional specifications documents, performing unit tests, and supporting business users during UAT.Ensuring that technical, functional, and security requirements comply with Kering-defined IT standards and the Core model.Gathering requirements for change requests and managing the portfolio of change requests in the finance domain, delivering functional specifications within the OTC portfolio.Following organizational structure changes, especially those impacting OTC finance processes (e.g., E-commerce, Marketplace & Concession integration, Retail integration, Credit/Dispute management, revenue recognition).Collaborating with Kering''s Finance Transformation team to support various initiatives, working with Finance shared service teams and internal and external stakeholders.Who you areA professional with 3+ years of experience in SAP ERP (preferably FMS), focusing on Finance, collaborating with both onshore and offshore third-party teams.Strong knowledge of SAP FI and its integration with the SD module is required; experience with S/4HANA implementations is a plus.Familiarity with retail/e-commerce finance integration or proven implementation experience in the fashion industry is a plus.A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, capable of negotiation and influence.Holds a degree in Computer Science or Business Management.Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in French is an advantage.Why work with us?This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure during a period of significant growth and become part of a thriving global luxury group that offers endless learning and development opportunities.
