We have an exciting opportunity for a Para Legal PA/Legal Assistant based in Manno (Lugano).
Who You Are:
Youre organized, proactive and collaborative. Youre a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you have a passion for luxury fashion.
What Youll Do:
- Contract management including drafting legal letters, non-disclosure agreements, consumer terms and conditions, marketing/PR and real estate documentation.
- Company secretarial and governance: assist with organizational documents including board and shareholder resolutions, minutes of meetings and powers of attorney.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including supporting with signatures, filing, document delivery, mail and invoice management.
- Calendar management, coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare meeting spaces.
- Manage brand protection and legal databases, including reviewing incoming cases and uploading data into the database.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors and partners internationally.
- Co-ordinate with external lawyers and Capri legal team.
Youll Need to Have:
- Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate with all levels of the company including senior management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and problem solve.
- Strong time management, project management and workload management skills.
- Must have a strong sense of ownership, teamwork, responsibility and initiative.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and applications with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word (including track changes), Excel, & PowerPoint.
