Our company is looking for an IT technician that willsupport various projects and endusers in Brussels. The detailedinformation is specified below. Your tasks Attending periodicalmeetings with the client leadership Working properly with client''sticketing system, dealing with incidents and requests in accordancewith SLA''s Giving priority to VIPs'' cases and high priority casespointed out by the client''s leadership Cooperating with client''steams in the resolution of local cases Supporting remote users, ifneeded Providing new joiners with their equipment (computer, mobilephone, tablet, etc.), properly installed/configured in accordancewith client''s standard Assisting customers with the installation,configuration, and ongoing usability of computers, peripheralequipment, software, tablets, smartphones, and other electronicdevices within established standards and guidelines Contacting endusers, especially in case of Very Dissatisfied responses, leadingto final resolution of the issues they experienced as well asavoiding future reoccurrences of such cases Supporting client''sremote teams, in case of site''s servers/network devices requirelocal intervention Supporting local meetings/conference rooms,updating on weekly basis a report to be issued in SharePoint withstatus of local meeting rooms Keeping track of spare items instock, updating on weekly basis a report to be issued in SharePointDelivering attendance sheet regularly Your skills Languages :English, French and ( Dutch will be a strong plus) Customerorientation Good end-user liaison Problem solving anddecision-making attitude Constantly oriented to deliver resultsAvailability in working in Team Availability in working underpressure Ability to work and organize the work without supervisionFlexibility and cooperative attitude Polite behaviour and goodmanners Able to work on own initiative Good command of English andfluency either in French or in Dutch (A valid driving Licence) Doesthis offer seem interesting to you?
