With high-profile projects for international clients, we are expanding our operations to international market and seeking a dynamic Project Manager to direct and oversee the entire boat production process from concept to completion. Role Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of boat production projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marine construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Project Planning & Management Direct and manage all stages of boat production, including design, hull construction, superstructure, and MEP systems. Ensure all production activities are executed to meet luxury quality standards. Negotiate contracts and maintain cost control. Provide clear direction, support, and performance management for team members. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and financials to senior management. Financial & Cost Management Risk Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in marine construction, yacht building, or luxury boat manufacturing. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of boat production processes, including wooden hull construction, MEP systems, and finishing techniques. Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Competence in budget management, procurement, and cost control. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Travel: Willingness to travel and work on-site as required. Competitive salary and benefits package.
