This could be the perfect opportunity for you.Position SummaryThis role, in conjunction with the EU market team, is responsible for coordinating, managing, and leading sales activities in assigned industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, touring, festivals, public events, broadcasting-rental, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED product lines.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development strategies for designated markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads.Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships to expand sales.Forecast sales activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.Establish annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies.Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Make business trips to develop relationships with rental/production companies, consulting/design agencies, creative agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors.Stay informed of new products, services, and market information.Gather and transfer feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights.Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports.Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementation.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesHost customer visits to China HQ.Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.Coordinate with the EU sales team at HQ.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Education/ExperienceBachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management, preferably in the AV industry.At least 3 years'' experience in related markets with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.Specialized Knowledge/SkillsStrong leadership, project management, and communication skills.Excellent client orientation and problem-solving skills.Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.Language:Fluent in written and verbal German, English, Dutch, or Italian.Additional benefits include a challenging environment, a pleasant working atmosphere with an international team, open culture, training opportunities, and a base in Italy for local business activities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
