HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, located in Coldrerio, Switzerland, manages the fashion flow for all brands across product groups including Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories, and Licenses.
The candidate, within our Accessories Business Unit, will oversee the technical development process from the handover to Salesman Sample production to the final pre-production sample confirmation. The role acts as a key point of contact between company functions and worldwide vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end industrialization process for four product lines within BOSS and HUGO collections, focusing on Small Leather Goods (SLG), Large Leather Goods (LLG), and Lifestyle categories;
- Attending final quality inspections of samples in factories worldwide and providing technical support to vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery;
- Leading industrialization meetings with designers, quality, brand, and procurement teams;
- Preparing, maintaining, and communicating all necessary documentation (Approval Form) for production launch to vendors;
- Requesting and approving pre-production samples in cooperation with Quality Management;
- Ensuring smooth collaboration and technical support across teams;
- Guaranteeing effective flow of technical documentation and orders among company functions such as Brand, Design, Procurement, and Vendors.
Your profile should include:
- Proven experience in similar roles within international industries emphasizing high process and quality standards;
- Excellent knowledge of accessories materials, construction, paper patterns, machinery, and craftsmanship;
- Availability for at least 50% travel and accustomed to frequent travel;
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of PLM as a plus;
- Strong organizational skills and a target-oriented mindset;
- Ability to manage complex business relationships and develop professional networks;
- Team-oriented and open to innovation.
