I am passionate about giving our guests a fantastic experience and I am always mindful that guests are the reason for my work and central to my role in the cinema. I love it when guests leave the cinema after the film with a big smile on their face, this means we did a great job!I understand that everyone in my team can make a contribution and that all people are different so I take time to get to know my team members and also have fun with them. I love the banter that we have but we are always careful to keep it professional for our guests. I am interested in developing myself and I take every opportunity that I can to learn new skills. This includes my own uniform standards which are always immaculate.Retail I maximise sales by delivering high retail standards and demonstrating passion and product knowledgeMarket Share I deliver brilliant service to our guests so that they will always choose ODEON; I actively encourage them to tell us about their experience.Commercial Performance I take responsibility for minimising waste in the cinema, whether this be food products or electricity, I know that we all have a part to play.
