This role will partner with business leaders toimplement the HR strategy, with focus on talent management,organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employeeengagement. In particular, you will: - Collaborate with businessleaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned withbusiness objectives - Support the Line managers in organizationalchange initiatives, guaranteeing alignment with business needs -Partner with the business to assess talent needs and supportrecruitment efforts to attract the best candidates - Lead theonboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transitionand quick integration into the company culture and work environment- Ensure new employees understand company values, policies,procedures, and expectations to drive early success. - Retainhigh-performing and talented people - Support the identification oftraining and development needs, partnering with the Learning andDevelopment team to create effective programs. - Focus on talentretention by building a strong organizational culture and offeringcareer growth opportunities. - Work with managers to assessemployee performance and provide support on performance issues. -Assist in setting performance goals, conducting reviews, andimplementing performance improvement plans where necessary. -Foster a positive work environment that drives employee engagement,satisfaction, and overall well-being - Ensure the companyscompensation strategy aligns with market trends and internal equityand support the execution of compensation and benefits processes,including salary reviews and performance-based rewards. - Ensurethe companys compensation strategy aligns with market trends andinternal equity. - Provide support in managing compensation andbenefits processes, such as annual salary review, MBO &variable payments - Monitor and track HR KPIs, such as turnover,headcount, and labor costs, ensuring data-driven decision-making. -Support the execution of compensation and benefits processes,including salary reviews and performance-based rewards. - Lead orsupport key HR initiatives and projects, such as organizationalrestructuring, culture change, or process improvements. - Ensurechange initiatives are effectively managed and aligned withbusiness goals. What you will need to succeed - Bachelors degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HRcertifications are a plus). - 3+ years of experience as an HRBusiness Partner, preferably in retail company or in beauty sector.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. -Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Ability towork independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. -Fluency in English in mandatory.
