As we grow rapidly in the Italian market , we are building a strong local HR presence to support our ambitious development goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & HR AdministrationEnd-to-end management of the monthly payroll process in coordination with external providersVerification of payslips, bonuses, benefits, leave, sick days, severance (TFR), etc.Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws (incl. CCNL, INPS, INAIL regulations)Draft and manage employment contracts, extensions, and terminationsRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle for technical and corporate rolesScreen CVs, conduct interviews, assess both hard and soft skillsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesBuild partnerships with job boards, agencies, universities, and internal teamsGeneral HR SupportMaintain HRIS and digital employee recordsSupport training, performance reviews, retention, and talent development initiativesLiaise with global HR for alignment on policies and processesYour ProfileDegree in Law, Economics, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field2+ years of generalist HR experienceDeep knowledge of Italian labor regulations and HR administrative proceduresExperience recruiting technical profiles (preferably in energy, construction, or engineering)Your ProfileItalian: native or professional fluency, English is plusFamiliarity with digital HR tools and payroll systemsHands-on attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving mindset
