Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Officer The candidate will join the Accounts Payable Department based in Florence. The Accounts Payable Officer will be in charge of: - posting invoices on different ERP (AS400, SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Hana) - interact with vendor and colleagues in order to solve any potential issue may arise on any kind of document MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring any document is properly posted according to italian fiscal law Ensuring any document is managed with respect to its due date Ensuring any document is authorized according to internal procedures Interacting with suppliers in order to verify statements of accounts Perform reconciliation activities on vendor account balance Create Vendor on Vendor Master File JOB REQUIREMENTS University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Law A working experience of 1 to 2 years in accounting roles and / or in accounting firm is advisable English written and spoken at C level is minimum A prior experience in AS400/SAP is advisable Flexible and accurate, team player Contract type: fixed term agency contract 12 months vetrinabakeca
