Our client, a global leader in cybersecurity systems integration , is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to drive enterprise customer growth across the IBERIA and LATAM regions.

As their trusted recruitment partner, we are managing the search for a high-impact individual with a proven track record in enterprise sales, regional leadership, and cybersecurity or IT services.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding enterprise client engagements across both Southern Europe and Latin America , developing regional sales strategies, managing key relationships, and driving multimillion-euro opportunities to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional enterprise sales efforts across IBERIA and LATAM, focusing on large-scale transformation projects.
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow revenue and market share.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team (direct and dotted-line reports).
- Cultivate strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders across target enterprise accounts.
- Partner with internal solution, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor offerings and support deal execution.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and report on pipeline health and sales KPIs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and regional regulatory dynamics.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client forums.
Experience:
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with at least 5 in the cybersecurity or IT systems integration sector.
- Demonstrated success leading sales in IBERIA and/or LATAM regions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology buying cycles and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in Spanish and English is essential (Portuguese is an advantage).
- Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and strategic thinking.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the regions.
