Who we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate talent in manufacturing, AI, and data analysis who wants to contribute to the development of predictive maintenance solutions for our clients. The resource will be the first member of a team dedicated to remote machine insight generation, aiming to transform operational data into useful insights for proactive and predictive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive maintenance services using AI platforms and data analysis algorithms.
- Configure and evaluate predictive maintenance platforms available on the market.
- Create custom applications for processing data collected from machines.
- Analyze machine operating data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential failures.
- Evaluate and suggest the integration of new sensors to improve monitoring and data collection.
- Define best practices for service teams in proactive machine management.
- Design and develop customer-facing reports for maintenance alerts and early warnings.
- Evaluate the benefits and ROI of implementing proactive maintenance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop data-driven proactive maintenance services. Work closely with the engineering, IT, and technical support teams to implement and improve remote monitoring services.
Requirements
- Bachelor''s degree or Masters degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Production Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields. An interdisciplinary background such as Mechanical Engineering + Data Science is ideal.
- Knowledge of programming languages and tools for data analysis and AI: preferably Python, R, MATLAB, SQL.
- Understanding of production processes, industrial maintenance, and IoT architectures and sensors.
- Ability to interpret data from machinery and propose predictive maintenance solutions.
- Experience with machine learning tools and predictive analytics applied to manufacturing.
- English language proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented and able to interact with clients and colleagues from different departments and nationalities.
Hard Skills
- Programming languages for AI and data analysis (Python, R, MATLAB, SQL).
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms applied to predictive maintenance.
- Process data modeling and analysis in industrial settings.
- Configuration and use of AI platforms for predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of industrial sensor systems and IoT protocols.
- Advanced reporting and dashboard creation.
- ROI analysis for the implementation of predictive maintenance solutions.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of French.
