Visa sponsorship and family relocation support will also be taken care of.Job Summary:As the AI Engine Leader, you will be responsible for defining and value proposition and thedevelopment of our AI infrastructure of MARE Health that supports various machinelearning and AI initiatives across the organization as well as for external stakeholders likeresearch teams and start-ups. You will steer an interdisciplinary team of scientists,engineers, researchers as well as product managers but also collaborate with externalstakeholders to ensure the efficient and scalable deployment of AI systems. You will drivethe AI business case of MARE.Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership and Team Management:O Build, steer, and manage a team of product-/project managers, datascientists, AI researchers and engineerso Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuousimprovementInternal Use Onlyo Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performanceevaluations2. Business and Product Experience:o Develop our AI Research + Marketplace product- and value offering tocustomerso Define and steer the development roadmapo Bring in your business and research experience with Data, MachineLearning and AI architectureso Create a partnership network with academia, industry and HCP for AIHealthcare applications and data accesso Drive our AI Business Case3. AI System Deployment:o Oversee the deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions inproduction environmentso Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into theinfrastructureo Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems4. Strategic Planning:o Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI infrastructuredevelopmento Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologieso Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and platforms5. Collaboration and Communication:O Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their AIinfrastructure needs.O Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technicalstakeholders.O Coordinate with external vendors and partners as necessaryQualifications:- Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics ora related field. Academic Research Experience for Machine Learning, NeuralNetworks and AI, PhD is a plusInternal Use Only- Experience:o Minimum of 3 years of business experience in AI, neural networks,transformer technology and/or machine learningo Strong background in designing and deploying large-scale AI systems andproductso Domain know-how in healthcare is a plus- Technical Skills:O Deep understanding of machine and deep learning techniques assupervised and unsupervised learningo Experiences with deep learning techniques and architectures of neuralnetworks and large language modelso Business experiences with cloud computing platforms such as Azure orGoogle GCP- Soft Skills:o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillso Strong communication and interpersonal abilitieso Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmento Networking- Language Skills:O Englisho French or Italian is a plus- Location:O Should sooner or later be Italy
