WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

As a Senior Product Manager for Box Apps, you will set the product vision, strategy, and execution. You will transform how teams access and manage content, simplifying complex processes, leveraging AI tools, and creating intuitive dashboards to boost productivity and collaboration.

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a successful track record from concept to launch.
• Ability to lead and motivate a global engineering team.
• Experience negotiating technical requirements across the stack.
• Skilled in balancing the needs of enterprise buyers, administrators, and end users.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in English.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product strategy.
• Develop detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria with Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to develop and enhance products delivering measurable value.
• Integrate features such as Metadata, Workflows, and Routines into apps.
• Measure outcomes and iterate to improve metrics.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to communicate product messaging and explore opportunities.
• Collaborate with a distributed team effectively.

TIME ALLOCATION

• 40% Requirements mockups, sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming.
• 20% Customer and stakeholder interactions.
• 5% GTM activities like release management and documentation.
• 20% Market and competitive research.
• 20% Analyzing metrics.

METHODOLOGY

• Agile Scrum management.
• Issue tracking with Jira.

Box values community and in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work from their assigned office at least 2 days/week, focusing on Tuesdays and Thursdays. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
