Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
- Drafting and Review multiple contracts
- Ensuring compliance with laws, industry standards, and company policies.
- Leading negotiations to secure favourable terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on negotiation strategies.
- Risk Management:
- Support the legal team in resolving disputes effectively.
Contract Administration:
- Contract Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely renewals and amendments.
- Monitoring and Reporting to Head of Legal&Integrity
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Recommend and implement strategies to boost efficiency and reduce risks in contract management.
- Staying ahead of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications and Requirements.
- Degree in Law.
- Proficient in English (B2+/C1 level) This requirement is mandatory.
- Advanced skills in office software (Word, Excel, and others).
- Strong document writing skills (in both English and Spanish).
