The ideal candidate has a passion for expanding networks of partnerships and can effectively communicate the benefits of our Radical platform to local shop owners.Responsibilities:Identify through online researchpotential partnersof the Radical company, including: local shops, bars, bistros, and hotels; Cold-callpotential partners and effectivelycommunicate the value propositionand unique features of the Radical platform; Negotiate and sign agreementswith local shop owners to have them on board as luggage storage locations on the Radical platform; Achieveindividual targetsand contribute to overall team goals; Provide ongoingsupport and account managementto local shops to ensure a positive experience on the Radical platform.Qualifications:Based inItaly ; Holder ofself-employer numberor willing to get one; Ability to work independently and manage a high volume ofdaily calls to local shops; Proficiency inEnglish; Previous experience inacquiring partnerships; Excellent standing, communication and interpersonal skills; Strong negotiation skills and the ability toclose deals.Pay range and compensation package:We provide a compensation structure that includescompetitive performance-based incentivesand a fixed salary.
