We are Europes leading pooling company for plastic load carriers. Our service is to bring clean plastic returnable assets (pallets/foldable large containers/foldable crates) to our customers who send these assets all over Europe to their end customers. After every trip, these load carriers are being collected by us and brought to one of our European service centers where they are being prepared for a next trip. We manage hundreds of thousands of load carriers between more than 5,000 locations, mainly food related companies. Our Pan-European pooling service offers our B2B customers a sustainable and efficient solution throughout their whole supply chain.

Responsibilities

• You will be the point of contact for your customer base to answer their questions and offer product information and advice.
• Together with the Key Account Managers, you will be responsible for all incoming enquiries and you will follow up the requests that come in by e-mail.
• You manage your customer base like a true partner while looking for growth with these customers or with new customers in the region.
• You ensure the preparation and follow-up of quotations and the correct processing of the administration for your customer base.
• You also ensure that all data is processed correctly in CRM.
• You are responsible for the profitability of new and existing contracts which you will follow up with regular evaluations of contractual parameters.
• You are in regular contact with other departments such as Operations and Customer Service to support the service to your customers.
• You work autonomously yet as part of a team, creating a perfect synergy between you, your colleagues and the customer. In short, you are an important link in the organization.

Skills

• You have commercial flair and you derive energy from customer contact.
• You enjoy working with numbers and you have an analytical mind.
• You have strong communication skills and always work very accurately.
• You are fluent in German and English, in addition you have a good knowledge of the Dutch language. Any other language skills are a plus.
• You are very well organized and with excellent time management skills.
• You are motivated to understand and solve customer challenges as a part of a European team that makes a tangible difference in logistics.

Experience

You have a first experience in a customer service/inside sales focused function.
