Windows Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Field Engineer for large and complex clients, providing comprehensive support across a range of IT products and services.
- Perform server and storage break-fix tasks.
- Provide VIP deskside support for executive users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, ensuring a smooth IT experience.
- Utilize ServiceNow or TopDesk for ticket management and issue tracking.
- Deploy, configure, and support storage and network devices.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues escalated from team members or clients.
- Conduct testing and certification of mainframes, servers, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Coordinate team shifts to ensure full-service coverage from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Qualifications:
- 46 years of experience in Windows support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or TopDesk).
- Proven experience in end-user support and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, ensuring smooth IT operations.
- Technical certification or Associate Degree (preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
