Responsibilities/Tasks
As a Area Manager Asia / Overseas you''ll be at the helm of your own territories, spanning China, India, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Implementing marketing initiatives to drive growth.
- Visiting customers and attending international trade fairs to strengthen market presence.
- Stakeholder management with internal departments incl. Administration, Shipping department, Operations etc.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English Mandarin or Vietnamese. Any number of other Asian language(s) and/or Dutch is an advantage
- A commercial mindset, energetic and enthusiastic
- Interest and affinity with Asia
- Experience in the sales industry (outside sales, account management)
- Being a reliable team player with an independent and proactive working style
- Looking for a long-term career commitment
- Available full-time, on-site (40 hours per week) No hybrid option.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Residing in or near IJsselstein (Utrecht area)
