We are looking for a motivated apprentice to join our Marketing and Customers Solutions team for a 1-year contract starting in September 2025. This role is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing while developing their skills in a supportive environment. You will assist in various marketing activities, including digital marketing, website and social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination, while learning from experienced professionals. You will be working within a team of highly qualified experts, in close coordination with various commercial and operational teams. Help manage social media account, website and create engaging content. Support the team in developing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics under guidance. Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing efforts. Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices. Strong interest for marketing and eagerness to learn Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing Strong communication and writing skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Adobe Express) Fluent English (written and verbal) Good knowledge of French and/or German is a plus Bachelor degree or Master 1 in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field (or relevant apprenticeship program).
