The Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing all the sales outlet activities assigned to them. They guarantee that the quantitative objectives (budget turnover profitability) and qualitative objectives (Brand image) are achieved in line with the Brand guidelines and company standards. The core responsibilities of the role include:Guaranteeing that quantitative and qualitative objectives of the reference stores are achieved in economic terms and in terms of the correct Brand image.Analyzing and conducting diagnostic studies to provide rapid, tactical responses based on the specific needs and context of the stores, focusing on a long-term strategy. For DOS (Directly Operated Stores) or Concessions, the supervisor is directly responsible for resources (people, costs, investments).Qualifications :Achieves business targets (budget turnover profitability) and promotes store growth within the reference area, in compliance with company guidelines.Manages all costs consistently with the allocated budget.Maintains and improves the image of the points of sale, staff performance, and products, ensuring customer service aligns with company standards and Brand philosophy.Manages and controls POS staff, including selection, development, and task assignment, according to business objectives and performance expectations.Monitors ongoing store activities proactively and reactively to implement quick solutions aligned with business objectives.Enhances staff knowledge through training activities on products, customer service, sales techniques, and coordination with other Brand touchpoints.Manages and coordinates resources, including personnel costs and investments.Promotes the development of role learning through team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness and efficiency.Develops and promotes the use of digital technologies for process management and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Adopts behaviors and promotes actions for Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, business processes, and organizational community.Remote Work : Employment Type :Key Skills: Credit Control, Bilingual, ABAP, Government, Inspection, Marine ServicesExperience : yearsVacancy : 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
