Management & Financial Services, a consulting firm specialized in debt restructuring and corporate crisis management with offices in Rome and Milan, is seeking a Business Analyst for its Rome office. This position offers the possibility of an obligatory internship, which is a prerequisite for taking the certification exam to become a Chartered Accountant and/or Legal Auditor.Key Responsibilities:Perform economic and financial analysis of target companies.Organize and support interviews with management and administrative staff to diagnose the causes of crisis.Assist in preparing project and contractual documentation.Support in defining the best path for crisis resolution.Assist in communication with creditors, including the negotiation of out-of-court agreements.Contribute to structuring extraordinary operations and corporate finance activities related to crisis management.Manage project coordination and communication with other professionals involved in corporate restructuring.Support in handling court-appointed assignments, including preparing petitions, company evaluations, and expert reports.Candidate Requirements:Degree in Economics, preferably with a focus on Finance or Financial Markets.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Interest in legal, corporate, and financial issues related to corporate crises.Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
