The company provides innovative digital solutions like eClinical tools, data migration, and clinical trial oversight, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.Job Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.Provide regular project updates to senior management.Lead, motivate, and evaluate project team members.Support business development and proposal efforts within the Technology Business Unit.Qualifications:Required:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus is a plus.Preferred:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Masters degree in a related field.Experience with IT infrastructure and cloud computing projects.Knowledge of SDLC processes.Fluent in English.This role may require occasional travel and outside regular business hours to meet project deadlines.Why Join Us?At Arithmos, we prioritize growth and offer international development opportunities.
