Your contribution

As a Trainee in the Service Portfolio team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Service & After-Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include market screening, spare part creation, and proposing innovations to improve knowledge management within the Service department.

Responsibilities

• Gather intelligence on product and market conditions for business decision-making.
• Analyze digital and traditional service offerings in the Clinical Diagnostics & Life Science instrument market.
• Examine service offerings of adjacent markets and cross-industry.
• Support the creation of spare parts in Tecan''s systems (Windchill, SAP).
• Contribute required information (e.g., packaging, pictures).
• Create spare parts in SAP based on Windchill data.
• Identify possibilities to improve service manuals and propose ideas to management.
• Develop a concept for centralized, highly effective knowledge management for Service professionals.

Your background

• Ongoing studies in a technical, scientific area.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a technical, scientific subject.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
