For one of our Medical Technology clients in Antwerp Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Director - Desktop Software & Web Platforms (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership and further development of desktop and web applications in a clinical environment
- Leading and developing international software teams
- Designing an integrated software platform for CI and acoustic solutions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary stakeholders worldwide
- Driving the adoption of new technologies and continuous process improvement
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304)
- Communicating with executive leadership and making informed decisions in complex projects
Your Profile:
- Extensive experience in desktop and web software development and software architecture
- Proven leadership in managing distributed global development teams
- Solid knowledge of agile practices and regulated development environments
- Experience in project, budget, and resource management
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on mentality
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); German or other language skills are a plus
