The Company
A global entertainment company renowned for its streaming platform is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team in Amsterdam.
The Role
The Finance Administrator will work in a hybrid capacity, supporting all areas of Regional Royalties and Residuals in the EMEA region. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with experience in financial administration, contract management, and payment processing. The administrator will also work cross-functionally to share data, improve workflows, and provide external-facing support to talent and partners.
The Responsibilities
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of production and talent data. Maintain and manage the teams Talent and Payment Database (Airtable).
- Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers in collaboration with the Supplier Ops team.
- Handle inquiries from talent and beneficiaries, utilizing standardized workflows and communication templates, and identify and flag sensitive inquiries or high-profile talent.
- Track and reconcile payments using Airtable and Workday.
- Manage the calendar of deliverables, compile and track KPIs, and perform relevant ad-hoc analyses using Monday.com.
- Support the documentation, standardization, and automation of workflows using G-Sheet Macros, Airtable Automation, and Monday.com Automation.
The Profile
- A professional or academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in administration, contract management, payment processing, and client services.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently under tight timeframes. Demonstrates attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Experience with databases, particularly Airtable, and CRM systems such as Monday.com, Workday, G-Suite, and Excel.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize context to facilitate decision-making and build strong working relationships with diverse cross-functional business partners.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to tackle matters outside of their area of expertise.
The Offer
- Temporary agency contract for 12 months with possible extension.
- 5,546 gross per month based on 40 hours; no travel allowance reimbursement.
