Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational strategy development and execution
Develop and implement an effective operations strategy in line with the company's overall strategic objectives to ensure efficient and sustainable business processes.
Provide operational advice and decision support to help company management optimize resource allocation, improve operational efficiency and enhance profitability.
Monitor and evaluate the execution effectiveness of the operations team and adjust strategies and tactics when necessary.
2. Team Management and Development
Lead and manage cross-functional operations teams, set team goals and drive their achievement.
Recruit, train and develop operations team members to enhance team skills and ensure efficient team execution and collaboration.
Develop and implement performance evaluation and incentive programs for the operations team to ensure employee motivation and morale.
3. Process optimization and efficiency improvement
Optimize and standardize operation processes, reduce redundancy, and enhance process automation and operational efficiency.
Monitor the daily operation of the platform, identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
Regularly review and optimize all aspects of the supply chain, customer support, transaction processes and technology processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
