Silimed is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of silicone implants and prosthetics, committed to safety, innovation, and excellence. We are expanding our team in Italy and looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders to customers in line with shipping schedules
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Ensure proper labelling and documentation of all items
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate and support with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Support audits and inventory reports when required
What Were Looking For
- +5 years experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role
- Language skills: Native or C1 level Italian, English B1, other languages are a plus
- Strong experience with logistic partners
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes and materials as needed
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
- Knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse settings
