Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or people related roles.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently, to support regional operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience leading digital transformation and deploying large-scale people programs or HR technologies.
- Experience managing complex strategic initiatives in ambiguous environments.
- Knowledge of the HR ecosystem, tools, and local legal/regulatory requirements for HR practices.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead large-scale project management across multiple business areas.
