In this leadership role, youll set the tone for excellenceguiding a high-performing team and delivering warm, attentive service that creates memorable moments. By anticipating guest needs and crafting personalized experiences, youll play a key role in making every visit to the Bellagio pool a lasting impression of luxury and care.The Day-to-daySupervise employees to ensure they are alert to all their duties and adhere to Company policies and procedures regarding the safety, health, and welfare of the guest and the property.Operate a smooth, efficient, cost-effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, and inventory control.Responsible for ensuring the department properly executes all requests made by VIP Services, Executives, etc.Manage opening/closing duties of the pool area and ensure proper appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift.Coordinate maintenance and repair of the pool deck and facilities.Review reports generated by the property and the Company to ensure proper execution of services, distribution of departmental reports, and accuracy.Facilitate and maintain consistent pool safety programs, training, and documentation to ensure the overall safety of guests in the pool area and to be in compliance with health district regulations.The Ideal CandidateMust be 21 years old or older.2+ years prior relevant experience in restaurant management, preferably in a resort, large pools, luxury hotels, or high-volume recreational operations.Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in a leadership position, preferably within Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Recreation Management, such as resorts, large pools, luxury hotels, or high-volume recreational operations.The Perks & BenefitsProfessional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community.Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.Free meals in our employee dining room.Free parking on and off shift.Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees).Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally.View Job Descriptionhttps://mgmresorts.marketpayjobs.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&jobcode=19535Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
