- Be the first point of contact: Handle inbound calls from property owners with empathy and professionalism, uncovering their motivation for selling and ensuring they feel understood.
- Drive results through appointments: Screen leads, analyze selling motivations, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions team that maximize conversion potential.
- Own the follow-up process: Keep leads warm and engaged, building rapport and maintaining regular communication to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Collaborate for success: Work closely with our team to ensure every lead is handled effectively, with a shared focus on closing deals and driving company growth.
Qualifications
