For a leading Bank/Insurance Group, I''m looking for a Product Lead Protection.Key Responsibilities* Strategic Vision: Define the product vision and strategy to align with company goals and customer needs* Product Development: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely stakeholderfeedback.* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Chapter Leads in other Tribes as well as with otherdepartments (TECH, Communication&Brand, Operations) to ensure cohesive product development.* Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhanceproduct success.Competencies:* Degree preferably in economics* Minimum of 7 years of work experience* Experience in retail protection insurance services and products, both non life and life (Lifestyle Protectionpolicies, pure risk, without financial component)* Concrete ability to achieve results, working in a cross-functional environment* Ability to manage complex projects* Knowledge of Office tools* Analytical skills and experience in monitoring performance* Fluent EnglishSoft Skills:* Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute a strategic vision for the product.* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of product development.* Communication: Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.* Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
