MainResponsibilities - Plan resource needs for CRAs. - Participate inrecruitment if applicable. - Conduct monthly individual meetingswith CRAs. - Monitor missions and address challenges. - Ensurecontinuous training and on-site support. - Perform annual reviewsand manage career development. - Approve leave requests incoordination with project managers. - Define site allocation withproject managers and organize handovers. - Set and track monitoringobjectives. - Review and validate monitoring reports and TMFupdates.
