Job Title: (Senior) Customer Success Manager Italy, Latina Company: Aufinity Location: Latina, Italy (with travel willingness) Job Category: Other EU work permit required: Yes Job Description: Your mission You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage You identify and resolve potential stumbling blocks in onboarding projects in coordination with customers and colleagues You manage upgrades of our solutions for existing clients You leverage your close customer contact to improve our product and processes Your profile At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects A structured, organized work style, even under pressure Confident and clear communication at C-level, even in tense situations Willing to travel to customer sites Native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in English, eager to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not required Why us?
