Nexeo Belgium is looking for a UX Writer to support one of the top digital initiatives within the financial sector.
As a UX Writer, you will:
- Write clear, concise, and user-centric microcopy, including buttons, titles, error messages, and instructions
- Collaborate closely with designers, product experts, and developers to integrate copy seamlessly into digital products
- Adapt and refine UX copy throughout the development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency across all UX writing
- Rephrase and adapt copy written by French-speaking colleagues into Dutch
- Update and maintain our content database
- Develop and maintain UX copy guidelines and standards with your fellow UX Writers
- Iterate copy based on user feedback and usability testing insights
Your profile:
- Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects
- Deep understanding of UX and UI principles and mobile-first design
- Ability to understand and map full customer journeys alongside UX/UI and conceptual designers
- Familiarity with design processes and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent writing skills in Dutch, with fluency in French (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2)

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to defend choices while remaining open to feedback
- Independent, accurate, and detail-oriented work style

- Energized by deadlines and flexible working environments
Work location:
- Hybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking
