We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our Financial Systems Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in support operations and a basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn new systems and contribute to building efficient support procedures. Provide first-line support for system users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary. Maintain support logs, document resolutions, and create knowledge base articles. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Development teams to improve system performance and support processes. 2 years of experience in support operations, preferably within Finance or Accounting systems. journal entries, reconciliations, reporting).
