What is Next Gen ///:
A traineeship program designed to build the Next Generation of talent at adidas Porto.
Next Gen is our way of welcoming new professionals into adidas by fully embedding them into our business teams. From day one, you will be part of the team - learning our reality, contributing to real work, and experiencing the day‑to‑day of how we operate.
This program offers an immersive onboarding experience aligned with adidas’ values, culture, and ways of working. You will learn by doing, supported by experienced team members, mentors, and managers who are invested in your development.
Over six months, you will have the opportunity to grow fast, learn deeply, and play to win, building both technical and personal skills in a safe and supportive environment.
