Scope of service - Phases of the project where the Security Consultant Service will be involved in:A - Scoping and Scenario Planning: The Team will kick off with an in-depth scoping phase, during which the team will identify and develop in detail the various use cases leading to a Massive IT Outage scenario. This stage will include a description of the associated phenomenology, considering the specifics of each use case, to establish an agnostic MITOR logic applicable to different plans (including HRSPs).B - Engineering Phase: The Team will conduct an initial engineering phase to refine the MITOR scoping, followed by a working phase to develop a draft guide. Simultaneously, the Team will gather information on existing practices within entities that have already initiated similar efforts. This guide will aim to assist entities in developing and integrating the necessary capabilities into their existing operational resilience activities while avoiding unnecessary documentation and operational burdens. It is essential that this guide is cost-effective and allows for sustainability and effective testing.Profil candidat:A ? Scope of service - Phases of the project where the Security Consultant Service will be involved in:A - Scoping and Scenario Planning: The Team will kick off with an in-depth scoping phase, during which the team will identify and develop in detail the various use cases leading to a Massive IT Outage scenario.
