We are now recruiting for a: CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST the position is based in Groningen, the Netherlands Key Responsibilities: As Customer Service Specialist you are the interface to our internal and external customers working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams. The Customer Service Specialist is part of a learning organization who is committed to drive improvements and efficiency within the Order to Delivery Process to meet current and future customer demands. Order handling and customer support Provide shipping information to internal and external customers Create and maintain customer master data to ensure correct information in ERP system Drive continuous improvements to achieve a more efficient order to delivery process together with Logistics, Commercial and Finance Essential for the role: Knowledge and experience in the field of customer support and distribution Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player and relationship builder Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer focused and performance-driven Process oriented and structured Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
