Title : Technical Account Manager

Location: France (Fully Remote) must be located in France

Salary: Up to 110,000 OTE (80/20 split)

Were hiring a Technical Account Manager for one of our clients in the network security field.

If youre a French-speaking network security pro who loves helping clients get the absolute most out of their tech, this ones for you.

Youll work hand-in-hand with enterprise customers post-sale, making sure they actually use the product to its full potential. Its a mix of tech guidance, relationship building, and adoption strategywith plenty of cross-functional collaboration thrown in.

What youll do

• Drive product adoption, usage, and client value
• Support customers through deployment & post-sales tech issues
• Act as the technical go-tofirewalls, networking, automation scripts, the lot
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and sales to make adoption stick
• Some travel to attend client on-site QBRs

What you bring

• Fluent French & excellent English
• Experience with firewalls technologies (Checkpoint, Fortinet etc.)
• Customer-facing experienceideally in a tech advisory, CSM or TAM role
• Solid communication & project management skills
