You hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
You bring several years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic role.
You have solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR methodologies.
Youre experienced in organizational development and navigating change processes.
You have excellent communication skills, a consultative mindset, and a confident presence.
Youre well-organized, able to maintain perspective in dynamic environments, and capable of working independently and proactively.
You are fluent in German, English, and Italian.
