We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Manager to oversee and optimize master data processes within our supply chain organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing ERP systems , particularly SAP S/4HANA , and ensuring GxP compliance in regulated environments. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, governance, and efficiency across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead master data management initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement data governance policies to support business objectives.
- Manage ERP systems , including SAP S/4HANA , ensuring seamless integration and data flow across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality) to optimize data processes.
- Ensure GxP compliance , maintaining data integrity in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
- Monitor and improve data quality , identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by leveraging master data for process automation and analytics.
- Train and mentor teams on best practices for data management and governance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in master data management within a supply chain organization .
- Expertise in ERP systems , particularly SAP S/4HANA .
- Strong understanding of GxP compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in data governance, quality management, and process optimization .
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of other ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or manufacturing .
- Certification in SAP Master Data Governance or related fields.
