The Role As Customer Support Lead, you will take ownership of the Customer Service team, focusing on professionalising service delivery, optimising workflows, and fostering a customer-first culture. Youll play a key role in driving efficiency, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring a seamless service experience. What Youll Be Doing Leading and developing a team of Customer Service Consultants. Optimising service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Encouraging a proactive, problem-solving mindset within the team. Acting as the first escalation point for complex issues. Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Identifying and leveraging upsell and customer growth opportunities. Standardising workflows and best practices across the department. What Were Looking For 5+ years experience in a service-oriented role in the software industry (ERP experience is a plus)3+ years leadership experience in a customer service or support environment. Strong expertise in customer service strategy, process optimisation, and coaching. A data-driven mindset with experience in monitoring and improving service KPIs. Fluent in Dutch and English Experience with automation and software applications is essential. Why Join?
