We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will take ownership of financial operations, lead finance-related projects including tax optimization, and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.About the RoleAs a Finance Business Partner, you will drive financial performance insights, optimize business cases, manage financial reporting, and lead financial projects such as tax optimization. Working closely with the AOM team, you will provide strategic financial analysis, manage forecasting, and support decision-making processes.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Performance InsightPresent financial analysis and forecasts to support AOM decisions.Oversee monthly revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, and cash flow reporting.Business Case OptimizationLead finance-related projects, including tax and corporate reorganizations.Reporting, Budget, and Model UpdatesPrepare reports, equity modeling, and lender reporting.Update financial models and budgets.Efficiency and SystemsImplement best practices for financial reporting and systems.Support ERP system development and ensure compliance with company policies.Business InsightsEnsure alignment of financial activities with business case goals.Qualifications and ExperienceMSc or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Over 5 years of experience in Project Financing, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, or similar roles as a Finance Business Partner.Experience in renewable energy, project financing, or related industries is advantageous.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and ERP systems.Effective communication skills across functions.Join Our Growth JourneyFounded in 2009, Obton maintains a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
