Job Description SummaryWe''re looking for a Senior Sales & Commercial Operations Leader responsible for driving the Naval, Automation, and GE Aerospace accounts.You''ll lead your team''s efforts in winning new businesses, managing accounts, influencing our commercial priorities, and supporting the execution of commercial arrangements.This role is instrumental in securing business and driving commercial success across our equipment and repair segments. Your leadership, contributions, and deployment of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals for continuous improvement will greatly influence the team''s ability to deliver excellence, uphold quality standards, and meet objectives in a timely manner.You will operate within established commercial policy objectives with a degree of autonomy to enter into and execute commercial arrangements. The role requires high levels of commercial judgment to achieve desired outcomes, making you a key player in our business growth and success.This position reports to the Sales & Commercial Operations Director for OEM Programs.Job ResponsibilitiesSecure Business and Drive Sales Growth: Lead efforts to secure business and increase sales within your portfolio. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets and expand market presence in a dynamic environment.Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead your team and cross-functional teams, providing guidance and fostering collaboration to achieve goals.Risk and Opportunity Management: Anticipate risks and opportunities, define and implement corrective actions as needed, and manage reporting rhythms.Effective Communication and Influence: Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
