Key Responsibilities: - Represent Missoni as anAmbassador of the brand: exhibit pride, passion and affinity forthe Brand through positive attitude, body language and personalpresentation - Welcome, smile and approach customers displaying acordial attitude, friendly manner and willingness to serve; -Understand customers needs and answer their questions providing anexcellent service; - Handle customer complaints, ensuring issuesare resolved in time guaranteeing high level of customersatisfaction; - Possess excellent product knowledge in order to beable to advise customers in the most competent and precise manner;- Establish and nurture long-term relations with customers based ontrust, caring and empathy. - Achieve and exceed sales goals throughshowing outstanding selling techniques, clienteling, sourcing newcustomers and building strong relationships with existingcustomers; - Act in line with Missoni Selling Ceremony &Company Values; - Work within established guidelines, procedures,policies and standards of the Company; - Monitor and maintainvisual merchandising standards on a daily basis, ensuring that allproducts are properly displayed; Please note that although we havetried to give you an indication of your responsibilities, this isnot an exhaustive list of your duties and you may be required tocarry out tasks that are not included in this job description.
