Join us in revolutionizing the way we deliver training solutions across the globe!Key AccountabilitiesYour key accountabilities will include:Supporting the development and delivery of training solutions aligned with OIH''s global strategy.Coordinating training activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.Assisting in setting up local training operations and supporting resource allocation.Working closely with internal teams, trainers, and external partners to facilitate program execution.Monitoring training program budgets and costs and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact and effectiveness.Conducting market research and contributing to program innovation and continuous improvement.As a Global Senior Training Solutions Advisor, you will be a pivotal part of the team driving excellence in training and capability development. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of learning within our organization.EducationMasters Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management or Education SciencesQualificationsTo qualify for this role, you should have:A Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Education Sciences.Over 5 years of experience in training program development, coordination, or project support.Exposure to international work environments is a plus.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in training-related software and tools.Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to track training effectiveness and ROI.Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies is advantageous.If you are passionate about driving learning and development initiatives to the next level, we want to hear from you.
