We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a IT Support Field Agent. The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton.Your Role: Provide on-site 1st level support. Deploy & decommission hardware. Execute planned or proactive hardware maintenances. Troubleshoot incidents & apply corrective actions. Quickly restore any degraded services quality. Technically or hierarchically escalate incidents or service requests & subsequently follow-up. Process Service Requests.Your Skills: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an equivalent role. An IT Generalist with good & efficient Diagnosis & Priority Management skills. Ideally experienced in ITIL Processes.Your Profile: Completed Diploma in IT or similar. Motivated, self-driven, resilient & customer, service & process-oriented. Dynamic, precise, hands-on & a team-player with a can-do mentality.
